I’m an Art Historian with a Ph.D from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey; a M.A. from Syracuse University which I earned in Florence, Italy; and a B.A. from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
I’m the Director of the Ithaca College London Center. I’m passionate about Study Abroad for enhancing students’ learning and faculty teaching.
My research interests include women’s history, specifically the life of Sister Domenica da Paradiso, the stigmatic mystic who was the first lower class woman to build a convent in Renaissance Italy. I’ve also written about sculpture and bronzes.
